Sea - Jodie Carey

The Foundling Museum, May - September 2018

Three site-responsive installations commissioned from Jodie Carey, Cord, Sea and Found, were displayed in the exhibition gallery and amongst the collection. Carey’s monumental and organic pieces were imbued with a sense of remembrance and emotional trace, acknowledging the thousands of children who passed through the Foundling Hospital and their stories of love, loss, and survival.
